I cannot import or export/convert my video.

Make sure that Comprimato UltraPix is installed and loaded by Premiere.

Open Export Media window (e.g. import a video or a picture, left click on its preview and choose Export Media).
In the drop-down menu item Format, there should be 'Comprimato UltraPix JPEG2000' and 'Comprimato UltraPix JPEG2000 MXF' available - this means UltraPix is installed.
If you cannot see these option, please try to reinstall the plugin.
