Most probably your video is not in the mandatory JPEG2000 format. You need to ensure your video is in JPEG2000 MXF container or a sequence of still JPEG2000 images. You can simply verify that in any video editor by clicking “File -> Properties”. Video type attribute needs to show Comprimato UltraPix JPEG 2000 MXF.
